Do I have to supply equipment or cleaning supplies?

No, you don’t have to supply any equipment or cleaning supplies as we provide eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning products from brooms made of recycled materials to natural degreasers.

Do I have to be home or in the building during the cleaning?

No, if you are having a move-out cleaning, it can take up to 5 hours and most clients prefer not to be there. For office cleanings, clients prefer to have the cleaning before or after hours to prevent disruptions during working hours. We are insured and bonded, which is another way to give our clients more peace of mind.

What time can you start cleaning?

We are flexible with our cleaning schedule and can accommodate your preferred start time. While some clients prefer a start time after 9 am, we are open to adjusting our schedule to meet your specific needs.

How much notice do I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we kindly request that our clients provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If it is not possible, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably first thing in the morning.

How can I pay for the services?

We offer multiple payment options for our services. We accept payment through checks, cash, and also have the option of using Zelle for your convenience.

Are you comfortable with pets?

We are perfectly comfortable with pets and understand that they are a part of your family. Rest assured that our team will always treat them with the utmost care and respect while we work in your home or office. We kindly ask that you inform us beforehand if you have any specific instructions or requests regarding your pets.
